Pilots

How a pilot works

A short pilot, then a decision taken together. Our first client pilot has been running since October 2026.

  1. A first map, before we visit

From public satellite imagery, national terrain surveys and weather records we map your parcels, your plants and where the risk sits. It is not the whole picture, but it tells us where to look.

  2. Ground truth

We walk the alerts, blind, and we walk places the model said were fine as well, so the misses get counted too. Lab tests confirm what we find.

  3. Calibrate

The models get tuned to your farm, and we tell you how many alerts turned out to be real and how many real cases they caught. Both numbers, not just the flattering one.

  4. Record everything

Operations, inputs and harvest go into Sprout Heavy, per block and per plant where it matters, so later decisions rest on results.

  5. Decide together

At the end you have the evidence to decide whether a full season with us is worth it. How your data gets used is agreed in writing before any of this starts.

Map my farm

Send us your crop, approximate area and region, and we'll tell you what open data can already show about your farm.

We never name clients or their farms without their written consent.
